Our Management Team

Upon graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Jeff began his real estate career in New York City working for a real estate firm focusing on the redevelopment and transformation of historic commercial buildings into residential condominiums. Moving to Omaha in 1991, Jeff began a 26 year period working for an Omaha based developer managing and overseeing the development of a variety of retail and office properties located in 14 states from Connecticut to Texas. In 2017, Jeff opened Kirshenbaum Realty LLC to focus on the acquisition and property management of office, retail and multi-family properties in the Midwest.
